We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team and assist with patient check-in, scheduling and insurance verification.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and has excellent medical office etiquette.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a medical office setting, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing superb customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and greet patients.
Direct calls and coordinate appointments.
Gather patient information for the medical team.
Gather and record patients' information for insurance forms.
Verify insurance and legal information under company guidelines.
Keep records of patient information.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
